Your questions are personal. Their handling should be clear.

1. Information we collect

Account registration includes your name, email address, phone number, country and age. We also store your selected interface language, account status and access source. When you use an expert, we process your questions, AI responses, chosen expert and timestamps. A document you intentionally attach may be processed with the question.

2. How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, personalize language and expert suggestions, provide recent conversation context, secure the service, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve reliability. Oramind does not sell account details or chat content.

3. AI and service providers

Your prompt and the minimum context needed to answer it may be sent to the AI provider configured by Oramind, currently through OpenRouter. Weather requests use Open-Meteo after you grant browser location permission. Coupon results may be supplied by an authenticated promotion-feed provider. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, private medical records, confidential client material or information you are not permitted to share.

4. Chat memory and retention

Oramind uses up to seven days of recent chat history as conversational memory. Older messages are excluded from the expert context and user interface. Server records may be retained longer when reasonably required for security, backups, dispute handling or legal obligations, then removed or anonymized according to the operator's retention process.

5. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to administration, database credentials and API secrets is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep their password private and report suspected account misuse promptly.

6. Your choices

You can update your name, country, age and language from Account settings. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact support@oramind.tech from the email linked to your account. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.

7. Children and international use

Oramind is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their location. The service is designed for global use; information may be processed in countries where Oramind or its providers operate.
