A practical agreement for using Oramind.

By creating an account or using Oramind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. The service
Oramind provides access to specialized AI assistants, recent chat context, document-supported questions where enabled, weather personalization and coupon discovery from connected promotion feeds. Features may be changed, paused or removed as the platform develops.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Oracle Lab member access may require a valid member identifier.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Oramind to break the law, harm another person, bypass security, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, automate abusive traffic, scrape restricted content or generate instructions intended to facilitate wrongdoing. We may restrict or close accounts that create risk for users, providers or the service.
4. Your content and AI output
You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have permission to use it. You allow Oramind and its technical providers to process that content only as needed to operate and secure the service. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output received by other users; verify it before use.
5. Coupon and external links
Coupon Master aggregates promotions from connected third-party feeds. Retailers control eligibility, prices, exclusions and acceptance. An offer displayed by Oramind is not a promise that the retailer will honor it. External sites are governed by their own terms. Some future links may be affiliate links, which will be identified where required.
6. Plans, activation and availability
Complimentary access is limited to approved Oracle Lab members. Business Startup and Agent API access may require manual approval and payment directly arranged with Oramind because online checkout is not currently enabled. Plan features, models, experts and limits may change with reasonable notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of every message.
7. Warranties and liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oramind and Oracle Lab do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, savings, profits or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI output, promotions or external services.
